I have been having some major problems with my Herclues Mk4 and Pro 7
for a while now all will be fine and then out of the blue it will just completley crash Virtual DJ and play the noise to signify its been disconnected from your computer. what then happens is that sometimes the music will keep playing but you have no control over it i.e to add or mix tracks!
i have tried all the ovbvious things like .... new port on the computer -- new wire -- new controller but still the same problem. in fact the other night whilst working i merely knocked the usb wire ever so slightly and it crashed! when i tried to do this again it wouldnt replicate much to my frustration!
I am running a HP laptop with intel core i3 processor -- 4GB Memory and -- 500GB Hard Drive -- at present the driver still has 350GB left on it
as i work in both pubs and nightclubs this problem has left me with having to use the single output function which is fine as its doesnt crashh but at the same time i cannot mix with this and it isnt very professional
any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks in Advance!
