The Xlf sounds better. Between the two subs, i wouldnt pick neither. I have 2 jbl prx 615m speakers and my sub is the Qsc Kw 181. It sounds really good and its easier to transport because its alittle smaller in size and it has wheels.

Hi, I have the XLF version and the main difference is that the other version is 600watts maximum whereas the XLF is 1000watts max.
The QSC is meant to be a good option, I chose the JBL because it's slightly lighter, but I wish I could have heard the QSC and JBL side by side so I could have done a proper comparison.

The Jbl is lighter but, its alittle bulkier. The XLF has more watts but i noticed alittle dirstortion when it was cranked up in a Comparison with the KW 181. Another subwoofer that really cranks more than the KW is the RCF single 18 inch sub. BaBoom.... Its more expensive but blast when its cranked up.

I all so looking at the qsc k12 and sub but I'm like the jbl more jbl is well known all so I heard of set up like 2 full range and 1 sub not 2 . I'm thinking of getting 2 jbl prx6 12 or 15 and 1 jbl prx618s-xlf or 2 qsc k12 and 1 ksub.

The K12 is good but the Jbl prx612 will have better bass responce. Wooden cabinets sound better than plastic. The Qsc K subis not worth buying. It looks nice and thats about it. The bass is not good.
