So getting ready to do a little DJing tomorrow and there is no internet access. I'm trying to catch up on my tracks tonight, have a prem account as well. This is on a PC, Win 7 x64.

I right click on the song in Netsearch and choose " Download To Cache", there's a quick message for like on sec that shows it download, then disappears. When I go to the cache folder inside of Documents/Virtual DJ/Cache...it is blank, nothing in there at all.

I'm ONLY DOING AUDIO, I know caching videos dont work.

Any Help please..

Thx in advance !

Which version are you using? Versions prior to v7.4 may not be able to cache files that have special characters such as / in their name.

If you are using an older version, please register your serial number to your account http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest v7.4 from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

NOTE: Home FREE cannot be used for commercial purposes such as gigs where you are being paid. For commercial use, you must purchase the software. Please support the software and its future development, especially if you are working DJ and you are making money as a result of using it: http://www.virtualdj.com/products/comparison.html

We are aware of the issues this weekend, and can understand the frustrations.
We are taking steps to make sure this does not happen again.

The service is of course intended to be available at all times.
We had some server issues unfortunately twice in a row, but thats not indicative for the service as a whole.
We have had Netsearch running for years, and the total uptime overall is very good.

That being said, the issues with the service this weekend we are aware of, and will be fixed.
We are taking all steps to make the service as close to 100% uptime as possible, and hopefully the incident this weekend will not happen again.
