Avevo imbastito la risposta e poi mi ero solo dimenticato di abbassare il topic a livello visibile, tra l' altro erroneamente avendola anche cancellata ;) Purtroppo talvolta mi capitano queste cose quando lavoro in multitasking....
Il sito ha un piccolo bug che comunque invia ugualmente le notifiche ecco la ragione per per cui ti è arrivata la notifica.

Quindi che i ContentUlimited si appoggiano ad un servizio di streaming legale , questo è garantito.
Su come venga regolamentato l' utilizzo questo dipende da paese a paese, per quanto riguarda l' Italia questa "complicata" domanda và posta alla siae oppure a chi fornitori primari del servizio. Ricordo che non siamo diretti fornitori del servizio, ma intermediatari appogiandoci a realtà ricopnosciute esterne (grooveshark, MegaHits/ChartBusters, VJPro).
a scanso di equivoci, ribadisco che i file nella cache rimangono attivi finché l' abbonamento è attivo.

Si si... appunto max, ma credo che a livello legislativo si faccia particolare differenza tra acquistare e rendere disponibile. Poi purtroppo in Italia dobbiamo essere DJ/Avvocati e non si hanno mai risposte esaustive dala siae.
