I was just wondering if there's such thing as a filter that only effects a certain frequency, preferably my choosing and for a Mac.
If not would any plugin makers like to except the challenge??

yep that's what an eq does LOL
you could try and find an eq that has resonance, your only option on a mac though is to route the sound through a DAW.
