I get my CPU i red the moment i open up VDJ. can't even play videos any help.

Open activity monitor in iOS and see what's using the CPU. Vdj8 should be using enough by itself to redline

when am playing audio it takes about 42% of cpu but when i load a video it goes to 82%

go into settings then options type fps in the search box. In the line that says skin change the number from 30 to 19. This should help drop the processor usage down into the low 30's

thank you but that didn't help i change the fps from 30 to 19 but cpu usage is still at 70-82 %

My mac is 2010 , similar specs the only difference I think is mine uses nvidia 320 graphics, I do spike slightly when loading videos, but the cpu stays right around 30% while playing. When youre playing mp3 what is your cpu usage?
