I have pioneer ddj ergo
I have problems with sync ....the right sync button Work when the controller is active but the left sync only Work one of 10 times I have the controller added to usb.
when the controller is off there is no problem.
I can see there is a update for virtual dj LE but where ?

to get the updates you will need to enter your serial on your account page to register the LE version then you will see them in the account page -> http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html -> under my licenses
if u set a deck to master the other deck will sync to it and until you switch master to other deck it wont sync in reverse
on controller "shift + sync" switches that deck to master

There is no need to update your LE version just for this SYNC "issue".
By default (as per Pioneer's request), version 7 launches with Master Deck in manual mode. If you wish the Master Deck mode to work in Auto (which will solve your issue, as VirtualDJ will automatically select the Master Deck according to which deck is playing out live), simply you need to press once the SHIFT+SYNC on the left side every time you launch VirtualDJ LE.
