Topic: how do I find my key code/server url

I am old school so I am new to this I was wondering how to do all the things I need to do for the radio server also my key code I don't know it or how to find it

If by "key code" you mean a serial number for Virtual DJ 8, there isn't one. It recognises you as a registered user when you log in to it.

What radio server are you wanting to use?
 
I just purchased the virtual dj license but it only let me use it for 10 min even tho I purchased it it kept asking for a keycode can some help me please that's my second time purchase it
 
Please login to the software. There are no keycodes used in Virtual DJ 8.
 
Noticed you tried to use the NS7 +NS7FX but you have purchased just the license to unlock the FX unit not the NS7 itself.
You will need to additionally purchase a NS7 Plus License to unlock this controller.
Please contact Support for further options.
 
Hi. Im also new to all and im too stuck. I can log in via the website fine but when I try to log in via the software with the same details it says "We cannot connect to VirtualDJ servers. Please make sure you are connected to the internet" So I too can only use my controller for 10mins even though I paid for the infinity.

Can someone help me please...

Just purchased 2 licenses to use my numark mixdeck with virtual dj 8. ..it's asking for a keycode even after I log in.....can some please respond. ..I have a gig tommorow
 
When did you purchase? I see that you are still listed as a Pro Subscriber. Can you still use that version?
 
Please check the licence tab, after you have logged in. For you hold various licences, there should be a box displayed right below, where you can choose which licence you want to use.
 
How can I use my virtual dj software without connecting to the internet?
Most venues I gig at have a public WiFi and the software will not let me log in.

Please help

You shouldn't be gigging at venues. You need a Pro license for that.
 
Oh erm. I didn't know I have the wrong licence.

If I get the pro licence, can I then use it without connecting to the internet?
 
You can use any license without internet.
Just login to the software before, when you have an internet connection
 
Where can I found the code
 
No codes, just login to the software like you did here.
 
Why do I only have 10 mins I purchased virtual dj le and they asking for code smh
 
It's not possible to purchase LE versions. They come free with controllers.

You will only get the ten minute limit if:
1) You're trying to use LE or Plus version with a different controller than it came with (or your license was purchased for).
2) You've changed the config to use settings outside the parameters of your version/license.
