In the first section you'll notice that the metronome click appears to be out of sync with the play marker. In the second half of the video I close VDJ8, restart, load the same song and open the BPM editor. You'll notice everything now works OK.
The problem is the Play Marker is actually moving slowly, the audio of the track and metronome is correct. I have had this happen maybe 6 times in 6 months but can never figure out how to repro the issue. I don't recall it happening editing the initial track in the BPM Editor from a fresh boot, but only on subsequent tracks.
If I had to guess, I would say there was a mis-match in the zoom level that the play marker thinks it's at compared to the waveform and CBG scale.
