When I hit the Source 1 button on the Hercules RMX instead of playing the external Numark deck, it restarts the track that is currently playing on Deck 1.
How do I change that behavior so that I can use Source 1 again?

I notice that it does this when Automix is enabled. Is this typical behavior that Automix will hijack the Source buttons?
If there are other tracks in the Automix window when hitting the Source button it will play the next track and if it is the last track it will repeat that.

In the standard mapping of the RMX the source button is mapped like this:
get hastimecode ? timecode_bypass : get haslinein ? linein : nothing
Maybe you changed it somehow.

FYI, when the LINEIN is turned off, VirtualDJ will load the currently selected track from the Browser
