I have a license listed in my software settings in Virtual DJ but the controller still stops after 10 minutes.
I just bought the license last Friday and I have tried reinstalling the software and that didn't work.
I put in a support ticket in 3 days ago and haven't heard back from support yet. How does it take until support usually get back to you?
Anyone might happen to know how to get a controller working with a valid license listed in the software settings?

We have replied to your ticket, changed the license to the correct one, and your controller should work now.
