So I've just switched from windows to a mac, and had to play every tune (only for a few seconds) to get the bpm. I have 2 questions -
1) is there a faster way of getting all bpm readings without having to play them, bare in mind I'm using a mac.
2) Why are the bpm's I've already sone not showing after I've closed and then started a new session?
Thanks in advance.

I'm using a windows based machine but I'd imagine scanning for BPM's should be the same on a Mac. Right click on the folder, or folders where your music is stored. This should bring up some options and then select 'Batch - Analyze for BPM etc'. I'd also recommend downloading the 'My Library' add on. I find it very useful.
