I purchased the Hercules RMX license for VDJ when I was using a computer that could run the software on OSX. I used the license under five times and was unable to use it after because I was using a different computer that could not run VDJ8. I was using VDJ 7 and did not have a license. I have since upgraded both the OS and the Hercules controller to the Hercules DJControl Jogvision.
My request is the my license be transferred from the Hercules RMX to the Hercules Jogvision.
Please let me know if this is possible.

Licenses cannot be transferred - either from person to person, or from controller to controller.
You bought a license for the Hercules RMX. If you now wish to use the Hercules Jogvision, you have to buy a license for the Jogvision.
That's the nature of the Plus (controller) licenses. They're for home use, with one controller.
If you are going to be swapping controllers, then buying the Pro Infinity license will be better in the long term.
