why does my headphones have low volume....and also where doi find my licence number this is a brand new VMS2

What headphones are you using? What is your cue volume set to? What are your headphones connected to?
Licence number is usually on a CD in the box but if it's not then give the shop you got it from a call or email as it might be in a manual or something.

As above, the Keycode (serial) for the bundled VirtualDJ LE (Limited Edition) should be IN the box. In most cases its on the sleeve of the VirtualDJ LE Installation CD, but it could be also printed on a sticker at the bottom of the unit and it should look like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX/VMS2 or similar.
Once you find it, you will need to download and install the LE version from http://www.virtualdj.com/le to get the latest updated version, as the CD may has an old and out-dated version of the software.
If you cant find it, please contact with the seller or American Audio Support.
