Hi,
Can anyone tell me why my studio microphone wont work in VDJ 8 with my Denon MC6000 Mic? in either 1 or 2 socket? i have followed the VDJ 8 manual a few times but still it wont work. Do I need to use a 48v Phantom PS? or could it be something else? Ive been at this for a few days now and now come here for your help?
Thanks in advance
Mike

If your mic is a condenced one, then yes you may need to get a +48V phantom power box for it since MC6000MK2 doesn't provide phantom power and it's designed to work only with dynamic microphones
