I have been just playing with what came with my Pioneer Wego, Virtual DJ LE 7. I am under the impression that I cannot get a more full and fancy version of virtual dj without paying extra money. If I am incorrect let me know. Also, I am wondering if it is possible to conveniently change the key in Virtual DJ LE 7. Thanks.

You are right. You need to pay to upgrade and remove the limitations. But you get a discount when you have a LE version. Check the middel of the page here:

If you pay to get the pro infinity version you'll get both the full v7 and the new and improved v8 - and access to future upgrades

In the regular (full) v7 there is a native KeyChanger effect in the effect drop down, as shown in the image below. I'm not sure if it's included in the LE version

If for some strange reason you didn't get a manual with your WeGO, you can view manuals for all four models of WeGO (you don't say which one you have) in the manuals section here, under support/help - top right of the site.
These give details of what the buttons on the WEGO do - including changing key.
