I purchase the product subscription which should allow me access to the site with any controller but the links are all dead to get gain access I have lost money because I could not get the music to come out of my speaker pretty embarrassing for a professional dj I need help

Which links are dead exactly, and which controller are you trying to use?

Ok I have cleared my chrome browser and cache, I have check the parameters of my malware and virus definitions I have swept my computer twice I have tried another laptop and have the same result each time the page crashes after cumming up for about 10 seconds this is the link that YOU sent me. Honestly I feel like I am wasting my time I have many projects going on if I can not rely on the virtual dj platform I would much rather prefer to continue using a stable platform. I love the features that virtual dj has and I want to work with you but I don't have the time or money to waste on something that might work I have already lost over 700.00 US$ for a gig thinking all I had to do was purchase a license key and keep it moving not to mention the damage to my brand I live in a small town where not much is going on I could corner the market here if I could do my thing two of the controllers technical pro and the numark party mix are virtual dj controllers they come with software. I knew the mixdeck express worked on virtual dj because I used it before and I research to see if virtual dj had upgraded its platform to except my roland dj 808 and the site said you except the controller now but I can not verify the subscription that I purchased. this is not cool and now I am having second thoughts about this platform frankly for you to ask me what links did not work after I indicated that I could not get my music to play bothers me because my account should have been researched and it should also indicate that I just purchased a subscription and the situation should have been validated that the links I inferred to where from the purchase page. I have made 3 phone calls left a message once and sent a trouble ticket and still I have no resolution. All I want to do is play my music it should not be this hard how can I not validate my purchase you have my money and no key was sent you guys have streamlined the purchase linking it to my account thank you for that but I have no work around if I have no key; where is the disconnect and I do respect that you have thousands of customers but a paying customer should have priority and be able to access all of the wonderful features of this site offers in print. I was so excited now not so much I am not trying to slam virtual dj hell I can not even analyze the virtual dj experience because I can not even get on the site to play with it's features but what i can speak to is I paid my money that I worked very hard to get and I'm not getting anything HOW WOULD YOU FEEL?? R/ after reading this note I apologize if I appear rude or ungrateful because that is not the case I am a retired military police investigator and profiler this is my outlet and I have limited access to receiving funds this is my outlet to dealing with my PTSD and traumatic brain injury I just want to do better and music helps me cope I hope you better understand my position and the urgency to be able to earn funds I don't have the luxury to miss opportunities for a pay day.

You are listed as a pro subscriber under your name on this forum, so the VDJ software should know that you have paid for the pro version on a subscription basis
Doesn't it simply work if you login to VDJ using the same login as on this forum?
Remember that VDJ8 doesn't use license keys - there is only one software which anyone can download for free, and it simply validates your login credentials to figure out what you should have access to in the software
But if you want to see your licenses they are on your account page

You can also download the software from there - but for v8 it's the same software that you get in the download section
