Not related to any particular combination of plugins. I tested using some of Scott's and my own. The main thing is the plugins must be using a custom skin interface. If using the default skin interface the bug does not happen.
So if you have the skin interface showing for more than one plugin that is using a custom skin interface, the buttons and other items set for one interface, will also change the other interface and do weird things. If you need some help with reproducing just ask... It is pretty easy to reproduce like every time as long as you use the right criteria.
I can't say when this started happening but I don't think it has been happening all along. I would have most likely noticed it before since I have done 3 or 4 plugins with a custom skin interface but those are not publicly available. You can use anything for testing this though and sure you have access to some of them.
