The sound cards of the above units appear to offer 4 output and 12 input channels with the latest Windows/Mac drivers.
However, we are not sure if those inputs are available (unlocked) or not.
Make sure you have installed the latest drivers and firmware

NS7III : https://www.numark.com/product/ns7iii

Could someone try a Sound setup as below and report back ?

Master : NS7II/III (ASIO or BitAccurate) ... chans 1,2
Headphones : NS7II/III (ASIO or BitAccurate) ... chans 3,4

record : NS7II/III (ASIO or BitAccurate) ... chans 1,2
Timecode 1 : NS7II/III (ASIO or BitAccurate) ... chans 3,4
Timecode 2 : NS7II/III (ASIO or BitAccurate) ... chans 5,6
Timecode 3: NS7II/III (ASIO or BitAccurate) ... chans 7,8
Timecode 4 : NS7II/III (ASIO or BitAccurate) ... chans 9,10

If you dont have Timecode TT/CD available, you can use linein1 to linein4 instead of timecode inputs in the above setup and enable LINE in the 4 decks SCRATCH panel
As per Numark, 2 additional channels are available 11,12 which can route the Microphone Inputs to the software (apparently to use software effects).
Please try to add ..
Mic : NS7II/III (ASIO or BitAccurate) ... chans 11 (Mono)
Mic : NS7II/III (ASIO or BitAccurate) ... chans 12 (Mono)
and ..
- see if you can turn Mic on/off from GUI
- use this Pads page to apply Mic Effects http://www.virtualdj.com/plugins/index.html?addonid=80618
