You pay hundreds for an infinity license so you can unlock the controller features then all of a sudden your locked out again asking for the same 300 fee. My controller was locked out after I upgraded my virtual dj right before my event started. Ive always been against Serato but its starting to look like this company is taking advantage of its loyal users.
