Topic: Newmark Mixdeck lost connection to controller but yet audio was still working

Hi everyone. I was DJing a show the other day and was in the middle of a mix and boom no software control over the mixdeck. Yet the sound card started connected and the mixdeck controller went to sleep. I have never seen this before Has anyone else seen this?

How long after you connected to the software that this happened?

try replacing the usb cable?
