Being able to pair multiple files as not duplicates. So the logic here could be that if you right click on a pair or multiple songs that there create a list of all the matching songs in the path so the would no longer be flagged as duplicate. For instance, if I have a clean or explicit copy, there isn't enough deviation of the file for it to ignore. But when the dupe filter is applied it can read off the individual "pre-matched" songs and ignore as a flag.
Of course, this list is broken when a file is moved or renamed outside the system, so there would also need to be a way to maintain that list so it's not chock full of orphaned listings.
