Hi team
I have a problem since the 2020 version. Once or twice a night, virtual dj no longer sends sounds. I have to reapply the configuration of the sound card.
During the problem, I am able to send sounds via windows and spotify, so this really seems to come from VirtualDJ. I play 90% of music video during the evening
By default, Ultra latentacy mode is enabled. By disabling it during the problem, the sounds came back.
I have a Numark DJ iO2 sound card. I do not use AISO drivers
My Numark DMC2 controller does not have an audio interface
Thank you

Try a new USB cable might help
I've also had some random disconnect of my controller lately but the sound is only briefly interrupted and the controller is detected and goes on.
New cable did not help me though.

I continued my tests,
-I have tried the 2018 version, the problem is still present
- Complete uninstallation and reinstallation of VDJ, the problem still present
-Try new cables, the problem still present
So I made a rollback for Windows 10 (back to version 1803 from 2 month ago), the problem seems resolved for the moment. It seems to have a problem with the latest versions of Windows10 1809 and / or 1903

I did two party's without any problem.
I also read on the internet that had the version of windows 10 1809 and 1903 that should be modified for a option for the latency problem
a) Open Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated command prompt.
b) Type BCDEDIT /SET DISABLEDYNAMICTICK YES command and press Enter to fix the high DPC latency.
