I am trying to use my NS6 Controller along with a turntable. When I connect the turntable I notice that the volume is extremely low. I am using the latest version of Virtual DJ. Do I need a separate soundcard to raise the volume?

Turntable with analogue vinyl on? (Aka not DVS timecode)
If volume is low, its usually cause its a phono input into a line-in. At the NS6 there is a Phono button at rear side, to switch between line and phono.
Did you try that?

Good good ;-)
Easy to overlook that button since placed at the rare of the mixer..
( most mixers have this at top of the mixer instead so that its easy to spot and see )
