I recently purchased a used kam digi one from a local CEX
However the serial number and virtual dj le was not provided
any Ideas on what to do?

You have to get the serial from the previous owner (but this will only give you the outdated and discontinued VirtualDJ 7 LE) or purchase a License and use latest version of VirtualDJ
