I don't know much about the s4 but on my controller numark mixtrack pro 11 the audio settings are master on channels 1 & 2 and the headphones are on channels 3 & 4 but the microphone is wired in to the master output of the controller so i use a seperate microphone using the mic input on the computer and all the audio settings are wasapi hope this will help.
