To Whom it may concern:
I have the Pioneer Controller DDJSR-2. As soon as I turn on my controller, the special video functions does not work like the 321 Countdown and Scratch effect on the video screen.

Those are sampler clips ...
When you connect your controller the pads on the screen might change to match the controller.
If so just switch to sampler pads to trigger those video samples you mentioned.. .

OR, if you cant get them to play at all (And likely also not songs on deck if so), your sound settings might be incorrect, or Windows (or other software) have taken the soundcard of the controller as its own. If so, set Windows back to using the PC sound card
