I have Internet but when I click on tutorials a screen pops up saying I'm not connected to the internet.
I'm trying to download My library but it won't start downloading and there is no picture in the thumbnail.
I clicked on the tutorials to see if they would work which is how I know somehow VDJ isn't connecting to the internet when everything else on my computer works
I'm not sure if I have to change a setting or not.
Please help

Mac , I've checked firewall settings, I've even turned my firewall off to see if that worked and it didn't
I've checked the other forum post that's similar to mine and the zip file that the Tech support from VDJ posted just gets message saying this update is not needed on this system, yes I clicked the Mac one not the pc one
