Because MixedInKey added a lot of useless cue points to most of my files, I removed cue points outside of Virtual DJ. However, when I load a file in Virtual DJ, the cue points are still there. Is there some cache somewhere outside of the mp3 file that I need to remove cue points from before they go away in Virtual DJ?

turn off the setting that loads cues from the Tag

... or maybe the opposite, because database have cues that were removed from file with third party software

Before I saw the replies, I ended up using the vim text editor to remove the matching lines with the cue points from the database.xml file.
