After about an hour of playing Soundcloud times out and gives me a download error message.
The workout is for me to find a different playlist in SoundCloud, load a random track, then load the one I originally wanted to play.
Is there a way to fix this, or change the length of time it takes to timeout?
Edit: I should also add that this does not happen when using Rekordbox or Serato.

Since support aren't monitoring this thread, what's the best way to get help with this?
In addition to this thread, over the last 7 days I have emailed, opened a ticket, and have been sitting in online chat as "Queue position: 1" for a mind-numbingly long time (update - it was ended twice without explanation).
It feels like there is no customer service here, which cannot be true.
