to make it simple, I passed like 6 hours to set hotcues and to synchronize BPM. I closed VirtualDJ and re-opened it later in the day and all my works was reseted (no hotcue saved and analyse the songs as if it was the first time).

Could be an instance still running in the background it's a common issue. Try a reboot.

usual a check in taskmanager and close any vdj processes is enough, but yeah turn it off and back on again works too.
