I think it's blocked so only Serato can use it
In that case it needs to be reverse engineered somehow, to learn how it works "on the inside", before others can support it

Me? Because I'm just a Virtual DJ user :)
Atomix? A good guess is that Serato have paid for having exclusive access to the HID feature
