Hey guys
You can close the ticket. I found the solution
First : pull the black part (not to the top, but from the same direction of the blue part)
Then : pull the blue part.

Completely off topic re: vdj but I'm interested in how and what your are replacing your cross fader with, as I have the same controller.
I'm assuming it's s numark replacement part rather than an upgrade to say an innofader?
