Hi,
I'm wondering if that is a feature or a bug. Can't say if it was different in older versions.
When I use the browser on the touch screen of my Prime GO controller. The selected song (by a finger press) loads directly to a free deck. If no free deck is available, it load to the deck that is not master.
I think that is the behavior of a double mouse click on the laptop.
I think it didn't happen before, since my normal workflow is:
1) Open browser
2) Start preview
3) Select songs from the list, so I can prelisten to them, until I find a song to load.
4) Load the song
What is not possible any more with this feature/bug
5) Search a possible alternative song, while the first choice stays in deck if no alternative is found.
Is this a bug or a feature? I don't beleve that is has been like that all the time.

Dont quite recall the exact name of the setting -not near to a computer - but check OPTIONS tab of VirtualDJ Settings and search for "finger".
Could be twofingersscroll or something similar

Hey DJ Dad,
thx for the fast reply, but the twoFingerScroll option does not affect the described behavior.
But I found that everything was working fine with build 7555.
With build 7607 the bug occurs.
So something between these versions changed something resulting in that bug.
I could do a video of it, if that would help.
Would be nice if somebody could have a look into it.
Thx and have a nice weekend
Jochen

i saw this in the changelogs:
BUILD 7584 (2023-06-11)
-Fix double-click in search_playlists window not selecting file in browser
Could this Fix have been the thing that broke the track select for us on prime 4 touchscreens?

No, but we are investigating the issue right now.

Issue is fixed in Build 7611, which is currently in Early Access, so you need to enable EarlyAccessUpdates setting from VirtualDJ Settings->OPTIONS tab and restart VirtualDJ.
