Topic: Moving VDJ element for Videoskin
Hi,
is there a way to to move for example square in video skin? I want to do something similar like old Titler (yellow one) does, slide a background from left to center.
Thank you, did not find anything in VDJwiki and can't find this titler anymore to read his xml file.

The "yellow titler" is built in to VDJ. Title in the Overlays section of Master FX.

It's embedded, so it doesn't have an XML.

My guess is you'd have to use <slider> somehow.

You can animate as an end result, but there's only a few things that can actually move so you have to get creative.

I've got a "totally over the top animated" strip club video skin that I keep doing bits on, but until I have somebody I can sell it to, my interest is on & off.

One early quick example, fade in a square, make it bigger, move it, fade in some text. fade out
The "square" is actually a few faders from horizontal sliders, stuff appears and disappears but it's all on top of each other so it looks like 1 thing.

Don't know for sure, probably talking directly to directX/metal, maybe there's an abstraction level so dev can compose in html/css.

(Master Video)

Is there a way to Display the "Title" when you have a SAMPLER activated ?

I have a "Name That Tune" video that I activate during the game and I like to display the "TITLE" when they name the song correctly.

I tried but it does not display the "TITLE" when ANY SAMPLER is activated.

yeah can be done, you have a panel that has visibility depending on a var, usually var if off [so no panel] when you've been given an answer, you press the button and panel appears.

What skin are you baking it into?
realistically you could do it with text plugin but it might look a bit lame.

Needs a video skin I mean. I don't think title plugin works on sampler,
Not all that complicated a skin but depends on how you want to transition, fade, slide in, grow, shrink, a bit of all 3, there are choices.
