Have just bought this and it's great but the headphone sound is just a little ahead of the speaker out sound. Makes mixing very hard. Has anyone come across this or got any suggestions? I can't find a mention of the problem anywhere...

Its not out of sync from the soundcard itself
So that must be a delay somewhere.
Does the main out go to an home stereo amp, or something like that?
If so, yes there might be a small delay.
Welcome to the world of djs,hehe... and reason we need monitor speaker in the dj booth, connected directly to the mixer.
