OK, after finally installing version 4.0 I had same problem bassheas was having that could not get time code vinyl to work right when configuring the asio. Well I have the soundcard configured as timecode vinyl,3 channel mixer, and ASIO.
Input: 1+2 Left
3+4 Right
Output: 1+2 Left
3+4 Right
5+6 Sample
Now after playing around and chatting with DJ Alf, he informed me that with version 4.0 the crew changed the registry location to HKEY Current User vs HKEY Local Machine.
So under Hkey current user\software\virtuadj
Find key ASIOMapChanIn change value to 02 03 04 05
ASIOMapChanOut 02 03 04 05 06 07
This was found in TimeCodeConfigMapChanIn/Out on 3.4
after making the changes and restarting v4.0 my Motu worked fine and sound is same now as SSL running side by side. So great work Dev Team.

I am glad that Motu is working now :) , it's a hell of a sound card with 10 inputs and 14 outputs!!
Glad I could help a bit, if it wasn't for funnyb0nz I would still be no licence user :)
Isn't this community here great? ;)
