Dieses Thema ist veraltet und kann veraltete oder falsche Informationen enthalten.

Hi all

new member here but I use vdj for over one year...

Since dj'ing with mouse and keyboard is hard I decided to buy a console....

So I had a look over the net and I found these consoles....

1)DM2 mixman (usb, cheap, quite good but not supporting mp3 and vdj)
http://www.mixman.com/products/dm2.html

2)Hercules mk2

3)xp10 (qood but expensive....)
http://eks.fi/index.php?page=xp10

4)Dac 2 (not so many features as dac3 )
http://djdeals.com/pcdjDAC2.htm

5)Dac 3 (good but small jog weel)
http://djdeals.com/pcdjDAC3.htm

what other options apart from that do I have???

Thanx in advance

Well your first option is to become a legal version user, you will gain much more respect here in the vdj house.
Many users come "home" after finding these cracked versions, it's part of the master plan.

So you have that option to consider as well.
You are missing all the fun and benefits available to users with the real deal.
You could be using the new 4.0 now if you had taken advantage of the online special a couple of weeks ago.

Anyway, controller options vary greatly depending on what you do and how you dj.
From tt control to cd decks to rack and table top controllers, nobody supports as many as vdj.
Personally I like the dac 3 coupled up with the m audio xsession.
Gives you all the control you could possibly want.
Entry level cost wise, the Hercules mk2 or Behringer BCD 2000 are excellent options.

We all hope you make the right decision and join the family here soon.

Best Regards

is it true that Behringer BCD 2000 has lag when you scratch?

I think you mean Numark iCDX, it is CD and DVD player with midi capabilities so it can control VDJ without using timecode cd's. Check www.numark.com for more info.

nice ,I found them!

An other question, about x-session

WFT is it? I ve read some reviews but I didn't understand....

can u scratch with it????

I read
"The digital DJ revolution has arrived—and Evolution’s X-Session puts you in the center of the action with total control over today’s hottest music software. Scratch and cut using the classic 60mm cross-fader"
here
http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/XSession-main.html

how is it possible???

How can I prelisten the songs?Should I have 2 sound cards with that?

I think it is a midi controller only, so yes, you would need one sound card with at least 4 channels for both decks (2 x stereo). Maybe you should get Hercules MK2 and get both in the same unit ;)

MK2 is not so good for scratching. Rather get u46dj if you want to scratch. Otherwise MK2 is great.
