the hercuels dj console mixer keeps saying that my console is disconnected.i've tried unplugging it.and reinstalling the drivers etc.but i still can't get it to detect my mk2.

Is any of lights shining?? When you uninstall drivers, does your computer recognize that there is pluged new hardware? Did your MK2 ever work? Is it new?

yes its brand new.
it recognises that its plugged in
and the lights come on and it operates fine.its only i cant change the settings from normal use to dj :S?

That's another thing. As you described in first post i tought that computer doesn't recognize the product.
Anyone that has MK2 can help you. I have MK1, sorry :) Just wait and i am sure someone will answer.
