Topic: Found a new feature!

Dieses Thema ist veraltet und kann veraltete oder falsche Informationen enthalten.

Well, its not as much of a feature as it is an improvement. I just noticed that I can analyze my tracks and still type in the search box. In other words, I can analyze in the background and still have total functionality of VDJ. This is a MAJOR improvement for me. I'm finding new things every day. Thanks again to the hard work by the dev team.

You can analyse while playing, just the analyzing will last longer.

I think when you load a tune it will auto analyze. Some one correct me please if I am wrong.

Keep the beat sweet

Actually yes and no. When you have allready scanned track (right click/scan), the load time is faster. As VDJ knows the structure of the song, it just loads it in the ram, no need to analyze it every time (if the file has not been changed).

The reason it is a big deal for me is because I have thousands of videos and even more MP3s, and I need to have them analysed for BPM before I play them. It works just fine on my machine while playing videos even. (Although I needed to do the speedload tweak to allow the next video to load while using autoplay.)
