Ok im trying to broadcast through listen2myradio got all my creds right but it keeps telling me encoder error! i have downloaded the lame_enc and tried it and still get that error! can someone plz help me!

send as shoutcast not icecast

which version of vdj are u using?
 
i send as shoutcast and im using 4.1
 
what is your upload speed ?

do you have a router?
 
256kb and yes i have a router
 
try a reinstall of vdj

aslo use the latest demo if u dont have it
 
i was using 3.2 and upgraded!! and i got the same message on 3.2

installed the new codec same prob

If you're streaming to another server you won't need port forwarding.
 
yes just replace the codec port forwarding doesnt matter
 
aight if found the prob my bitrate was too low! bt its up and running now
doubt u guys listen to DANCEHALL but when our website is up i will drop a link in here for it! THNX!!!!
