The club I promote for have recently put 2 projectors in, the guys DJ'ing have videos etc etc. But for songs with no video the screen is blank.
Is their anyway they can have a still image ie: with drinks promos on it etc pref a .jpg or .tiff image.
OR
Is it hardcoded to be blank.

There are video plugins available to licensed used that would do what you are asking.

create a slide show with some graphics ie drink specials, club pictures etc and put the music track to it.
you would need to do this before hand using software and then burn it to dvd

under video effects click the open box to navigate to the folder with visuals these can be jpgs bmp etc,close out and highlight slideshow then click activate. licensed users can do this as well as use the excellent free sonique visuals which beat sync in some of them
