So it seems like Virtual DJ won't play an MP3 if it has an ampersand (&) in the title or artist name. None of the settings seems to effect this. This is a huge problem for me in terms of being willing to spend hundreds of dollars on this product, which I am otherwise fairly impressed with. Please tell me there is something simple I am missing here.

somethings are worth changing. the decision for me was a no brainer and it did not take long to rename all my files that had & with and. I believe the program I used was Flash renamer. Just a matter of seconds to change those & to and.

my "&" files play fine, all of them.

I have many tunes with the "&" in the titles and they play fine for me.
