To anyone using an Evolution controller like UC-16, X-SESSION or UC-33,
a question: Are the rotary knobs "endless" or not ?
(turn left or right with no end, eg. like the gain in Hercules console)

No they go 360 and then stop.

Thanks,
Endless (relative) is preferable sometimes.
and how are the buttons ?
typical computer keyboard/dj console quality (membrane) ?
or switches ?
any clue ?

I've got the UC-33 too. The buttons have a "click" to them, which I find a bit annoying. They are much more positive than the Hercules DJ Console buttons though.
Also they are latched - press once to turn on (transmit a midi value of 127), then press again to turn off (transmit a midi value of 0). Not sure if that is configurable somewhere - if not, it should be!
I suppose an advantage of the absolute knobs is that you can see at a glance of the UC-33 what the values are set to.
