Since many years I use a Hercules DJ console with VDJ. Since I upgraded to the lastest HDJC software I have the following problem.
If I launch VDJ, both the sliders and the knobs influence the pitch while before the sliders were for volume and the knobs for pitch adjustment. If I go into the config controllers page and select the HDJC with a right mouse clic, I only get the choice to invert the pitch/volume selection but this does not help as then neither the volume nor the pitch then work with the sliders/knobs.
I am basically looking where I can individually assign that the sliders should be for volume and the knobs for picth. Now I do not have any volulme control on the two seperate desks. I could get around it by probably using the 1/2 and 3/4 output and connect to mixer, for individual volume control of the two VDJ turntables but then I do not always use a mixer and it used to work before.
My HDJC is first generation. Virtual DJ is latest version.
