Ok....I am 55 now......Was back in the day a proper DJ......1979 I was one of the first in the UK to attempt Beat Matching, learnt on some old Garrard SP25's...No variable pitch, just a thumb on the platter.....Upgraded to some early Technics Sl1500's that were anything than stable.....And along came the SL1200 in 1980...That was one change of life....I spent 14 years working all over the world and retired when I fell out of love with the whole thing....So here we are in 2016, after 28 years I am going back to do a Gig....4 months of practice and I feel as sharp as before....I will post after New Years Eve and let you know how it went........
