whether someone knows how it works NUMARK v7 with virtual dj? whether they are worth the buy v7?

Hi, had the v7 for a few weeks now and its actually the best midi controller I have ever used. I have only used it with itch at the moment cos new vdj update was not plug and play like I hoped and could not be bothered to work it out. Tis no harm cos if your just using audio and don't occasionally need the flexibility of VDJ i would recommend itch software as much as the V7 unit. Unfortunately I do, anybody know what I need to do to get it working?
vdj has found the sound card, but the unit seems not to be mapped or something.
