I am a subsciber to this music service, I am considering going deep into a video library purchase. Will vdj 6.0 decode mp4 videos??? Got some sample discs from my service and VDJ does not seem to recognize the files in the browser....Any suggestions? do I get a codec from a 3rd party?

Yes, mp4's the ind standard now.
Just check codec tab in cofig.

Are you using a Mac or PC? What version (format) of samples did you get from RPM? There are 2: MPEG4 Video and Video DVD Rom. I have a Mac and use MPEG4 and they work just fine. Didn't have to do anything special. Just popped in the disk and it works. I am now working on getting software to convert the other format (Video DVD Rom) to MPEG4. That format does not come up on naturally on my Mac VDJ Pro.
