Hey,
I'm running the latest version of Mac OS X 10.6.6 and Virtual DJ 7.0.2.
For whatever reason when I have
Inputs: None
Outputs: Headphones - Master: First Card / Headphones : Sound Card
Sound Card: 2 Cards - M-Audio Fast Track Pro USB // Built In-Output
The sound coming out of the M-Audio becomes all muckey however the headphones sound fine. If I set it to single mono output it sounds fine however we can't preview the music before making it live. Does any one have a solution to fix this?

With a 2 card setup, you will get this issue if the two cards have different capabilities (E.g: 44100 Hz for one card and 48000 Hz for the other.)
To check and change these, go to MacOS Applications > Utilities > Audio and MIDI Setup
Choose each sound card and check that its format is set to the same sample and bit rate.
The following is recommended:
44100 Hz and 2ch-16bit
NOTE: For live performance, a proper dedicated multichannel DJ sound card is strongly recommended, such as Numark DJIO or Native Instuments Audio 2 DJ.
