i saw the option for video on VDJ...and i dont know exactly wat you would put in it...if u guys use it then what for?...like what kinds of videos do you put in there?

You can for example mix music videos. Using the video out on you graphics card to display your mixes on LCD monitors or projector with screen for audience. The mpeg and some other formats work ok for mixing.
